Flexibility allows a company to increase or decrease the amount of space it occupies to suit changing needs. On-site parking is available by separate arrangement. Alternatively, a season ticket may be obtained for the adjacent 900 space car park. Forum House is also within easy walking distance of the main line railway station and bus station.

The building has a friendly and relaxed feel where small businesses can get on with what they do and also have the opportunity to network with other business people in Chichester. The building has 24-hour access.

The offices are available on flexible terms for a minimum of three months with no legal fees.
The monthly rental is inclusive of business rates, lighting, electricity, cleaning, building insurance, maintenance, repairs, staffed reception and message taking service.
